Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Zone Specialist, based in Nairobi. The Retail Zone Specialist will be responsible for managing retail zones, ensuring proper merchandise display, maintaining stock inventory, and implementing the store layout as per brand guidelines. The role involves working closely with team members to achieve sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing day-to-day operations for optimal customer experience and store performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in merchandising, store layout design, and floor planning
  • Retail and sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to manage inventory, maintain stock levels, and handle stock organization
  • Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
  • Team collaboration and team leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency with retail management software and basic computer applications
  • Experience in retail operations and knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior
  • A degree or certification in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
