Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team In this role, you'll actively seek out and engage with potential customers — mainly businesses — to promote our products, build strong relationships, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential clients such as contractors, developers, retailers, and more.
  • Present and promote our range of products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report activities to management.
  • Collect market feedback to help improve product offerings.

Requirements
:

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in field sales, preferably in construction materials, tiles, or building supplies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be willing to travel within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
