Role Description
We are looking for a Travel Designer with proven experience in African safaris to join our team in Dubai.
In this role, you will handle incoming client leads, craft fully customized itineraries, and collaborate closely with trusted DMCs and luxury lodges across Africa. You will be responsible for turning travel dreams into extraordinary journeys, ensuring every detail reflects the highest standards of personalization and service.
Qualifications & Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage tailor-made itineraries across African destinations
- Handle new client inquiries and convert leads into bookings
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and travel goals
- Coordinate with local DMCs and luxury partners across Africa
- Ensure all bookings, logistics, and documentation are handled with accuracy and care
- Provide exceptional service before, during, and after travel
