Join Our Team as a Tour Consultant

Are you passionate about African travel and creating unforgettable experiences for people? We're hiring a
Tour Consultant
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for clients, designing and selling personalized safari itineraries, managing bookings, and providing exceptional support from the first inquiry to their return home.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to client inquiries about safaris through email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Craft custom safari itineraries based on client budgets and preferences.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and travel documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, including lodges, guides, and transport providers, to confirm bookings.
  • Manage reservations, payments, and client communication.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after a client's trip.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, destinations, and properties in African travel.
  • Meet monthly sales and conversion goals.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • A strong passion for and knowledge of both
    East and Southern African
    safari destinations, particularly Kenya, Tanzania, and South Africa. Knowledge of international travel is also a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
  • Experience with reservation systems and knowledge of Amadeus Booking system is an Advantage
  • A client-focused and detail-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
