About the Role

As a Travel & Tour Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling travel packages, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring clients have seamless, memorable trips. You will work closely with customers to understand their travel needs, recommend packages, and handle bookings from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages

Advise clients on travel destinations, transportation, and accommodation options

Manage bookings, reservations, and payment processes

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth

Stay up-to-date with travel trends, visa regulations, and new destinations

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years' experience in travel sales or a similar role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) is an added advantage

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Passion for travel and helping others explore new destinations
