Service Engineer for concrete mixer and forklifts

Key Responsibilities:

Concrete Engineer:

  • Maintain and repair concrete mixers, pumps, vibrators, and other related machinery.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on concrete equipment.
  • Ensure accurate calibration of mixing systems to meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues with pumps, valves, or hydraulic systems during concrete pouring.
  • Maintain records of maintenance and repairs for all concrete-related machinery.

Forklift /scissor lift Engineer:

  • Inspect and maintain forklifts (diesel, electric, or LPG) to ensure operational safety.
  • Replace or repair worn components such as tires, brakes, hydraulics, and controls.
  • Perform battery maintenance for electric forklifts/Scissor Lift and monitor charging cycles.
  • Maintain service logs and ensure compliance with forklift safety standards.
  • Provide technical support to operators on proper equipment handling

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a technician for heavy construction equipment.
  • Experience working with concrete equipment, scissor lift, and forklifts is essential.
  • Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures, risk assessments, and maintenance protocols.
