RESPONSIBILITIES

Role PurposeThe Senior Manager RPA is responsible for leading the company efforts in Robotic Process Automation. He/She will define, implement and manage strategies for a successful RPA delivery, working closely with the business units to develop and understand their business processes and deliver business automated solutions.Main ResponsibilitiesStrategy:Define and implement the RPA strategy aligned with the organization's digital transformation goals.Create a long-term automation roadmap to prioritize key areas for process automation, focusing on high-impact business functions and efficiency gains.Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for automation and ensure buy-in for RPA solutionsLead efforts to explore and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence, machine learning) with RPA to enhance the organization's digital capabilities.Provide strategic insights on the role of automation in business process reengineering and operational efficiency.Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions and lead efforts to develop and implement client-approved solution.Operational:Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document (TDD) to meet the defined requirements.Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basisImproves skills in automation products by completing automation certificationLead and review your team’s work across all phases (plan, analyze, design, build and test)Direct efforts to define technical, operational and user requirements.Corporate Governance (Regulatory & Compliance):Establish governance frameworks to ensure the effective and ethical use of RPA across the organization.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of data privacy and security within RPA implementations.Develop risk management strategies related to automation, ensuring that RPA initiatives comply with legal, regulatory, and security requirementsLeadership & Culture:Provide leadership and mentorship to the RPA development team, guiding them across all phases of RPA implementation, including planning, analysis, design, development, and testing.Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team, including completion of relevant RPA certifications.Lead efforts to integrate automation with existing business systems to drive overall efficiency and competitiveness.Act as a cultural leader, driving the adoption of RPA practices across the organization.Key CompetenciesRobotics Process Automation (RPA) experience (strategy, deployment, maintenance production support).Possess Change Management leadership skills.Customer service and cross-functional interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate, influence and gain commitment from multiple stakeholders.Strong facilitation and executive communication (written & verbal).Background in Project Management and Process optimization (LEAN, Six Sigma)
