WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
Enter customer information into MOGO IT system
Organize outbound calls and customer’s emails. Generating new sales using potential and existing customer networks.
Management and resolve customer complaints.
Process customers documents, forms, and applications
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Provide product and service information to customers
Research required information using available resources
Any other duty assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
Fluent in English and Swahili.
