Job Specification:
Duties and Responsibilities in this cadre will entail:-

Coordinate Development, implementation, monitoring and reviewing of administrative policies, procedures, strategies and programs;
Coordinate transport services including repair, maintenance, insurance and licensing of vehicles;
Coordinate provision of Security services and ensure safety of persons, property and the work-place environment.
Coordinating registries, mail delivery and courier services
Ensuring maintenance office equipment, facilities and assets; and
Generating reports on operations, maintenance and utilization of equipment.
Carrying out grounds maintenance and custodial services.
Ensure effective records management and archiving in NHC
Reviewing and approving reports on operations, maintenance and utilization

Person Specification:
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -

At least eight (8) years relevant work experience three (3) must have been in a supervisory role;
Bachelors Degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Masters degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management, Fleet Management, Public Administration, Political Science or any other related and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Membership to relevant professional body where applicable;
Management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks; and
Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
