Your main job purpose will be to collaborate with the Hiring managers/teams across countries in East and Southern Africa, Middle East, North Africa (MENA) & South & Central Asia and to manage the recruitment process.
You will provide subject matter expertise and talent insight and enable hiring managers to select the best quality candidates at all levels
You will be responsible for executing and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the aligned function/department, accurately utilizing the Upfield Talent Acquisition processes, systems and tools to achieve the desired outcome, while leveraging the employee value proposition to ensure a highly positive candidate experience.
As HR Operations Specialist, you will ensure seamless HR Service delivery through administration of HR services including, but not limited to, employee data, compensation, benefits, and leave management, employee relations, performance and talent management, while upholding data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality, in compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
Talent Acquisition
Recruitment process Management Translate business needs into job/ candidate profiles Candidate sourcing and screening Stakeholder management and customer service Manage the Applicant Tracking System ensuring data integrity and accuracy Ensure smooth on-boarding processes for new hires Play an active role in making our recruitment process and tools better every dayHR Operations- ESA
Support the development and execution of the HR operations strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives Maintain employee records and files, ensuring data integrity, completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality in compliance with data protection laws and regulations Prepare and present People-related data and analytics to management and leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. So, what does it take to be successful in this role?Education, Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience
5+ years of experience (Agency or Inhouse) handling end to end recruitment in various regional roles Preferred recruitment experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality hires with strong hiring manager and candidate satisfaction Experience of applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc.) Have practical knowledge & experience in HR operations /service delivery Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization High attention to detail, fantastic organizational and time management skills Self-driven, result- oriented and action-focused Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of HRIS Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Professional HR certifications are highly desirable Ability to work independently, strong can-do attitude & a willingness to adapt to changing environments.Click Here To Apply
