Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Company: Rentokil Initial
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in East Africa. The successful candidate will provide technical and administrative support in various HR functions, including employee relations, HR information and database administration, health and safety, and payroll.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Administer disciplinary procedures, including investigations, hearings, and documentation.
- Support employee relations, including grievances, conflicts, and exit processes.
- Manage payroll and benefits, including processing payments, bonuses, and deductions.
- Coordinate HR projects, including recruitment, training, and policy implementation.
- Provide HR support to management and employees, including advice on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy HR department.
- Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
- Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
