Space and Style Ltd is a company based in Kenya with over two decades of experience. We have been steadily growing to become a leading supplier of specialized building solutions in the region.

Job Purpose:

  • Drive sales in the assigned region to support business growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales team and oversee field coverage activities to meet sales targets.
  • Actively pursue and close projects to contribute to business growth.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Participate in consultants' and fundis events to expand business networks.
  • Provide training sessions for the sales team.
  • Ensure clients receive accurate product information and quotations.
  • Showcase company products to prospective clients in the showroom.
  • Maintain the showroom for a good client experience.
  • Submit sales projections to the Head of Commercial.
  • Support existing dealers in logistical matters.
  • Conduct market intelligence activities.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team for high productivity.
  • Establish performance standards and conduct staff performance reviews.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Working Relationships:

Internal:

  • Report to the Commercial Manager and collaborate with Finance and Operations departments.

External:

  • Engage with consultants, dealers, fundis, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development with 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred.
