JOB SUMMARY

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring smooth and efficientbusiness operations. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experiencein a similar role, possess a deep understanding of business operations, anddemonstrate excellent communication skills in fluent English, preferably with awhite accent. Experience in virtual experience is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the point of contact among executives,employees, clients and other external partnersManage information flow in a timely and accuratemannerManage executives' calendars and set up meetingsRack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly orquarterly reportsOversee the performance of other clerical staffAct as an office manager by keeping up with officesupply inventoryFormat information for internal and externalcommunication – memos, emails, presentations, reportsTake minutes during meetingsScreen and direct phone calls and distributecorrespondenceOrganize and maintain the office filing system

REQUIRED SKILLS
