Summary
As an E-commerce Executive, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through online channels.

You'll play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.

This position requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and sales techniques.
Key responsibilities

Assist with the development and execution of marketing and ecommerce campaigns and projects, including social media, email marketing, website maintenance, marketplaces and promotions.

Timely response to all online enquiries and reviews by articulating client needs and providing solutions.
Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and optimization.
Assist with customer research such as building surveys.
Assist with the management and optimization of the company's ecommerce platform, including product listings, pricing and promotions.
Manage customer reviews including the collection and approval process, and on-site maintenance and customer communications.
Assist with the creation and editing of content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms.
Support the coordination of creative content from our freelancer network, including photography and videography.
Manage and maintain the Digital Asset Management System.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales,
operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Key Requirements

Diploma in business related course, degree in Commerce with IT, Marketing or equivalent from a recognized learning institution will be an added advantage.

1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the ecommerce industry. Desirable but not essential to have knowledge of ecommerce platform.
Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Must have marketing skills (advertising and public relations)
Content strategy knowledge.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
