JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidateshould be proficient in data analysis tools such as Python and Excel, with a strong ability to interpretcomplex data sets related to staff attendance. The role requires a keen understanding of HR metrics andthe ability to provide actionable insights to improve attendance management strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize Python and Excel to analyze and interpret staff attendance data.- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track attendance metrics.- Identify trends and patterns in attendance data to provide insights and recommendations.- Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand data requirements and ensure dataaccuracy.- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management review.- Automate reports to streamline data workflows where possible.- Support HR initiatives by providing data-driven insights into attendance-related issues.Additional Requirements.- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.- Certification in Data Analytics or HR Analytics.- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or HR Analyst with a focus on attendance data.- Proficiency in data analysis using Python and Excel.- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amountsof information with attention to detail and accuracy.- Experience in creating visualizations and reports.- Knowledge of HR processes and metrics related to attendance, absenteeism, and workforcemanagement.
