Hotel Nokras is a leading hotel in Murang'a, offering spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage daily housekeeping operations to ensure high-quality standards
* Supervise a team of housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Implement and maintain hotel software programs, including MS Office, Fidelio, and material control
* Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure exceptional customer service

**Requirements**

* Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent
* Certificate in Microsoft Office Application
* 5 years of proven work experience in Housekeeping Management, with at least 3 years in a management position in a 4-star hotel
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to build relationships with guests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
