Key Responsibilities:

Meeting Coordination:
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prep materials ahead of time.
Point of Contact for Partners: Be the go-to person for partners, vendors, and clients. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.

Regional Managers Support:
Help with admin tasks, reports, and keeping priorities on track.

Communication Management:
Keep everyone in the loop Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders.

Regional Managers Oversight:
Stay on top of what's happening across regions. Provide support for efficient collaboration.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Keep things organized Maintain accurate records and manage files for easy access.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of regional management practices and procedures is a plus
