JOB SUMMARY

To lead the implementation of the business plan and have oversight of the execution through synchronized and effective Manufacturing, Warehousing, Fleet, customer collaboration and Distribution plans. To implement the logistics transformational projects to deliver the strategic priorities of long term growth, leveraging scale and building fundamental capabilitiesSkills, Experience & Education ExperienceMinimum 10 years logistics experienceMinimum of 8 years people management experienceAdvanced knowledge in logistics and business software systemsExperience and/or exposure in sales or manufacturing will be an added advantageKnowledge of logistics operations in FMCG organizationsProject management skills and experienceEducationMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or any other Business related courseProfessional Certification will be an added advantageMasters degree will be an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement an effective Logistics Strategy and Business plan based on diagnosis, analysis, insight and expertise in Distribution, Warehouse, Fleet and Cold Drink Equipment principlesOversee the execution of Warehouse, Secondary and Primary Distribution, Fleet, CDE and customer collaboration in the plant to ensure productivityProvide leadership to accomplish company goals and objectivesManage stakeholder relationshipManage the overall logistics budget and allocation of funds according to plan
