We are seeking a Talent Development Manager to join our team. This role focuses on facilitating training sessions, coordinating career development activities, and coaching and supporting employees to enhance individual and team performance.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Training and Development: Conduct training needs assessments, design and implement comprehensive training programs, create engaging training materials, and source external training providers.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to create performance management strategies, manage staff performance management processes, and analyze performance data.
  • Management Development Programme: Design and implement management development programs, facilitate coaching and mentoring programs, and monitor progress.
  • Employee Engagement: Communicate learning and development opportunities, conduct post-training evaluations, and contribute to recognition and reward programs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the People & Culture team to align talent development initiatives with HR strategy, liaise with NITA to maintain a harmonious working relationship, and monitor utilization of NITA funds.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on training program effectiveness, employee development initiatives, and return on investment, and monitor training and development budget utilization.


Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, 5 years experience in talent development, training, or related HR field, effective training and facilitation skills, strong knowledge of adult learning principles, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
