Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment team. The successful candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate records.
  • Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
  • Facilitate background checks and reference verifications.
  • Support onboarding activities and prepare new hire documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
