**Job Title:** Marketplace Business Development Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketplace Sales Associate (MSA) to join our team. This role focuses on managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth operations within marketplace platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs promptly.
  • Marketplace Operations:
  • Assist in the setup and optimization of listings and inventory on marketplace platforms.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations.
  • Sales Development:
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to enhance marketplace presence.
  • Drive revenue by implementing effective sales campaigns.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate and present regular sales reports to management.

**Qualifications:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with exceptional communication skills and proficiency in CRM tools and online communication platforms. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management are required.

**Estimated Salary:** $1200 - $1500 per month.
