We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team at Nathan HR Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT and tech roles, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates for various IT and tech roles through various channels, including job boards and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to ensure a good fit with the job requirements and company culture.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, and selection.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide candidates with information about the company culture, job roles, and career development opportunities.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market dynamics to advise on best practices and strategies for recruitment.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Assist with onboarding and integration of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT and Tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT and tech roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
