  • Develop and implement HR strategy, aligning with business goals and policies.">
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.">
  • Oversee creation, review, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and global guidelines.">
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that minimize risk and support ethical business practices.">
  • Supervise end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring quality hires and excellent candidate experience.">
  • Lead initiatives in onboarding, performance management, career development, and retention.">
  • Engage with Professional Support team in delivery of learning programs.">
  • Develop and manage employee engagement strategies, feedback mechanisms, and conflict resolution processes.">
  • Promote positive and inclusive workplace culture.">
  • Champion engagement programs, diversity, and inclusion efforts, as well as well-being initiatives.">

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.">
  • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) or equivalent.">
  • Practising professional member with relevant professional body.">
  • Minimum 7 years progressive HR and talent experience, including at least 2 years supervisory or managerial capacity.">
  • Knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and strategic planning.">
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, communication, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office suite.">
