This jobholder will be responsible for ensuring effective supervision of sales team activities while maintaining strong business relationships with assist the Branch Managers in hiring and training of the sales team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit New Sales Reps: Continuously recruit new sales reps through a well-planned recruitment strategy to achieve set targets.
  2. Train and Coach Sales Team: Train new sales reps on continuous product review and enhancement of product knowledge and selling skills.
  3. Sales Activity Planning: Plan and supervise sales reps' daily and weekly activity against agreed sales plans to meet targets on prospects and sales.
  4. Market Identification: Identify new market streams by getting the right and suitable quotes for activation while ensuring conversion justifies returns on investment.
