Job Description

This position plays a critical role in our growth and sustainability by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders to support our mission and goals.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in donor management, fundraising, and team leadership, with a strong track record of building teams, developing a pipeline of future funders, and leading strategic initiatives.

They will be an excellent communicator with a proven ability to write compelling grant proposals, manage budgets, and collaborate with colleagues across countries.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy to increase funding for the organization
  • Manage a team of grant writers and develop their capacity to create high-quality grant proposals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including current and future donors, implementing partners, and other organizations in the sector
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel regularly to Inkomoko's countries of operation
  • Demonstrated success in nonprofit fundraising and reporting
