Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and collaborations
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or economics
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- Experience working in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry
- Knowledge of the African market and regulatory environment
