Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Professional to join our team at Rubrik. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in sales, building relationships with customers, and driving business growth.
As a Retail Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with clients, assessing and analyzing customer needs and preferences, and effectively presenting and showcasing products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while continuously identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Sales Execution: Present and showcase products and services to potential clients, negotiate agreements, and facilitate successful transactions.
- Market Insight: Remain updated on current market trends and competitor actions, collecting feedback from customers to enhance offerings.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
- Effective time management capabilities.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
