About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting data from various systems, analyzing it, and generating meaningful business insights. These insights will enable the organization to identify business needs and develop solutions that align with customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract relevant data from call center systems and analyze it to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Gather and compile data-driven reports to support management decision-making.
  • Apply data modeling techniques to analyze business data, macro trends, and industry-specific information.
  • Assess the impact of macroeconomic trends on the organization and prepare informative reports for senior leadership.
  • Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvements that drive financial growth.
  • Presentation skills are essential for communicating results effectively to stakeholders.
  • Investigate data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to think critically.
  • Familiarity with business analysis techniques and IT applications such as MS Excel, MS Access, Google Analytics, and SQL.
