
Senior Corporate Sales Strategist

To effectively contribute to the growth of our corporate sales, we seek an experienced Business Development Advisor. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new corporate customers, resulting in enhanced customer retention and revenue expansion. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving set sales targets and executing sales growth strategies in designated markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve corporate sales targets as directed by management, while implementing sales growth plans in targeted markets.
- IDentify potential new business opportunities and present them to the Key Account Manager for necessary action.
- Develop a deep understanding of the assigned area's partner and customer businesses, ensuring seamless integration of sales strategies.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and collaborate with customers to create sales forecasts and plans for the designated area.
- Determine optimal solutions for customers, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
- Contribute significantly to cost-saving initiatives within the business.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and continuously expand the customer base for the business.
- Ensure accurate first billing and strict adherence to signed contracts.
- Promote alignment with marketing, branding, and communication procedures across all levels.
- Compile and implement action plans to grow customer and partner presence in designated areas, forecast, and monitor sales for relevant market segments.
- Provide strategic insights on business growth, collaborating with partners and customers to drive growth for appointed regions.
- Foster effective communication channels at all levels to prevent information breakdowns.
- Support the sales administration team by providing required information for sales order management, and collaborate with the finance team in money collection and issue resolution.
- Analyze customer, partner, and sales metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in sales or related fields and 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, IT sales management, business administration, and relationship management. Key skills include knowledge of the telecommunications industry, sales management processes, analytical skills, client focus, results orientation, business acumen, strategic orientation, and quick decision-making abilities.
