  • Financial Transaction Management
Manage and oversee financial transactions, preparing accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting financial audits.

  • Audit Support and Compliance
Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documents, implementing audit recommendations, and developing procedures to enhance internal controls.

Monitor adherence to regulatory standards, tax requirements, and company policies. Required qualifications include:

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA qualification preferred;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in an auditing role, ideally in the fintech or financial services sector;
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards in Kenya;
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
