At GAP RECRUITMENT SERVICES LIMITED, we are seeking an exceptional B2B Software Sales Professional to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities with a primary focus on software solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, possess deep knowledge of software sales, and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A background in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage but not a key requirement.

About You
  • You have a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • You have minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on software solutions.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and qualify leads across industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed quotas.
  • Present and demonstrate ERP software solutions tailored to client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Research and Strategy:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and market demands.

  • Strong sales expertise with the ability to identify client needs and align solutions to their business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
