About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Representative to join our team at Rubrik. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of products and services to valued customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • In this role, you will develop and nurture relationships with clients, assessing and analyzing their needs and preferences.

  • You will effectively present and showcase our products and services, negotiating agreements and facilitating successful transactions.

  • To excel in this position, you must remain updated on current market trends and competitor actions, collecting feedback from customers to enhance our offerings.

  • Achieving and surpassing sales goals and targets is crucial to your success in this role, as is compiling detailed sales reports and projections.

  • You will collaborate with marketing and other departments to craft innovative promotional strategies, engaging in training and professional development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous
  • Effective time management capabilities
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
