We are seeking a highly skilled Tik-Tok global agent to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in recruiting streamers that meet market demands. This includes identifying and selecting talented individuals who possess the skills and charisma required to succeed in this fast-paced industry.

In addition to recruitment, you will be responsible for Maintaining relationships & enhancing engagement with our existing streamer base. This involves building strong connections with these individuals, providing guidance and support, and helping them to optimize their performance and increase their revenue.

You will also be tasked with Monitoring & analyzing data to optimize performance, using insights gained from market research and analytics tools to inform your decisions and drive results. Furthermore, you will work closely with our training team to Train streamers to improve content & revenue, providing coaching and mentoring to help them refine their craft and achieve success.
