
Customer Acquisition Specialist

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist at PlatinumcreditKenya, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring new customers for our banking products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new customers for banking products and services
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
• Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions
• Educate customers about banking products and services through effective communication
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify potential opportunities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
• Identify market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
• Provide advice to banks on product development to stay ahead of the competition
• Process applications from initial inquiry to submission to underwriters, insurers, and assurers
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
