About the Job

  • Providing technical guidance on commercial law matters, including drafting legal opinions and conducting due diligence on litigation cases.
  • Meeting with clients to understand their legal needs and providing expert advice accordingly.
  • Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, precedents, and case law to build strong cases for clients.
  • Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including pleadings and settlement agreements.
  • Representing clients in court hearings, motions, and trial proceedings.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years post-admission experience in a busy law firm.
  • An upper 2nd Bachelor's of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
  • A valid practicing certificate.
