Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote sales and service awareness.
- Implement social media marketing campaigns on all company digital platforms.
- Create a robust marketing platform to raise awareness, drive sales, and enhance key performance indicators.
- Maintain a strong online presence across social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and our website.
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide support.
- Manage existing accounts, secure orders, and establish new client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales, finance, technical, and logistics teams to align sales efforts.
- Prepare and submit sales activity reports, including daily call reports and service reports.
- Design and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, qualify leads, and craft persuasive proposals.
- Negotiate operating standards with long-term client partners to ensure seamless execution and productivity.
- Deliver exceptional client service through timely follow-ups and tailored solutions.
- Monitor clients' changing needs and competitor activity, reporting these developments to sales and marketing management.
- Regularly visit the field to prospect and generate sales;
- Develop detailed customer profiles to understand their current and future requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations to inform customers of prices, service offerings, and availability in a timely manner, and close sales;
- Process sales invoices promptly to facilitate a smooth sales process.
- Track performance and contribute to determining optimum stocking levels.
- Follow up with credit customers to ensure timely payment for services purchased on credit.
- Respond to customer complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
