Talent Acquisition Role

This Recruitment Assistant position involves providing support in various aspects of the recruitment process, from screening CVs to conducting interviews and maintaining candidate databases.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. CV Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' suitability for initial qualifications.
  2. Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  3. Candidate Database Management: Maintain and update the database, handling records and paperwork, and assisting with other HR administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably 23 years.
  • Education: Degree in HR, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Skills: Familiarity with hiring practices, ATS/recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Priorities: Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
