The Account Manager will focus on retaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
This involves account management, cross-selling and upselling solutions, ensuring seamless Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, and generating referrals to support the business development team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new solutions or upgrade existing products and services to the existing accounts.
- Oversee and manage the KYC process for new clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy of client information.
- Encourage and facilitate client referrals to the Business Development (BD) team to support lead generation.
- Gather client feedback to inform product and service improvements and provide regular reports on account performance and growth.
