  • Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and digital prototypes for approval.
  • Develop cohesive seasonal stories and design themes.
  • Source high-quality fabrics and trims, collaborating with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee production, ensuring designs are accurately translated into final garments.
  • Prepare comprehensive tech packs and supervise the sampling process.
  • Conduct fittings and implement adjustments for the perfect fit and aesthetic appeal.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align designs with customer and retail insights.
  • Stay updated on competitors and integrate feedback into future collections.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field (advanced certifications are a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience as a fashion designer, preferably in ladies' clothing.
  • Expertise in garment construction, pattern-making, and textiles specific to women's wear.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools; experience with 3D tools (e.g., CLO 3D) is a bonus.
  • Excellent hand and digital sketching abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A passion for women's fashion with a focus on innovation and inclusivity.
