Job Description

The Financial Services Representative will play a crucial role in promoting the mobile money services and brand visibility for SmartPay's various football clubs in Kenya.

This position involves acquiring new customers, educating them on the benefits and features of the mobile money platform, and providing ongoing support for wallet funding, transactions, and dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, as well as providing feedback to the sales manager on market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote SmartPay's mobile money services to potential businesses and customers.
  • Acquire and onboard new customers, including merchants and individual users.
  • Educate users on the benefits and features of the mobile money platform.
  • Achieve monthly transaction volume and customer acquisition targets.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
