Real Estate Sales Professionals Wanted

This role involves actively promoting and selling residential homes, plots, and land to prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with potential buyers to ensure repeat and referral business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell residential homes, plots, and land to prospective clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, social media, and field outreach.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits, property tours, and follow-up meetings with clients.
  • Negotiate and close property sales to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Prepare and manage sales agreements, documentation, and coordinate with legal and finance teams for successful transactions.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as open days, property expos, and digital campaigns.
  • Provide after-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3 – 4 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits.
