Job Description:

About the Role: As a key member of the Golden Start team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless hotel operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage daily guest interactions and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for assisting guests with booking inquiries, check-in, and check-out procedures.
  • You will need to address any guest concerns or issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Working Conditions: This position requires flexibility, as you may be required to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, to cater to our guests' needs.

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract talented individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding hospitality services.
