Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team at Smart Sales, you will be responsible for the overall management of the inbound sales pipeline. This includes recording all customer inquiries from social media and websites, including WhatsApp, calls, direct messages (DMs), and emails. You will also identify patterns in inquiries to optimize our sales strategies, record the level of interest, what clients bought, closed and missed leads, and the reasons for missed opportunities. Additionally, you will calculate and document the conversion rate and sales target achievement daily, set up meetings with potential clients who are unsure about products to increase conversion rates, and follow up with clients to ensure positive relationships and increase conversion rates.
