Responsibilities

  • Prepare regular reports on activities and revenue generation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and corporate inquiries.
  • Book functions and delegate tasks to F&B supervisors when necessary.
  • Establish targets, schedules, policies, and procedures within the department.
  • Monitor inventory and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Plan and design innovative menus to attract clients and meet targets.

Requirements

  • Ability to implement and maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and productivity.
