Our client a real estate company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic sales team. This role is critical in supporting sales operations, coordinating client interactions, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the sales process. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal sales team.

• Coordinate and monitor the entire sales cycle-from lead generation to order fulfillment.

• Prepare and manage sales documentation, proposals, and contracts.

• Track sales performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports.

• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and sales events.

• Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

• Help onboard new clients and provide basic support on products or services offered.

Qualifications

• 3 – 4 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or business-related field.
