Sales and Marketing Manager Job Description
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with experience in the hospitality industry. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
The scope of work includes:
- Developing and implementing annual marketing plans, coordinating marketing activities, and managing sales and promotion programs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting market research, monitoring competitor activities, and identifying opportunities for growth and market penetration.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to create and execute effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day sales activities, including supervising the reservations team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and customers' needs to tailor product offerings and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to develop new revenue-generating ideas.
- Submit monthly sales promotion reports, competitive pricing analysis, plans for the upcoming month, and sales analysis reports.
- Participate in regional and international trade shows and exhibitions as needed.
- Uphold and enhance the hotel's brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget and communication plan, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a similar position, preferably working in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
