Key Responsibilities:·       HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with business units to address HRneeds, deliver strategic initiatives, and advise senior managers to enhanceteam and organizational performance.· TalentAcquisition and Employer Branding: Developinnovative recruitment strategies and oversee seamless onboarding to maintain astrong employer brand and effectively integrate new hires.· EmployeeRelations and Welfare: Manage employee relations andwelfare programs while coordinating staff welfare activities to foster apositive work environment and enhance engagement.· HRAdministration: Monitorprobation periods and contracts, maintain accurate HR records, and ensure jobdescriptions and organograms are consistently updated.· PerformanceManagement and Workforce Planning: Support linemanagers in performance management and workforce planning while monitoring andanalyzing data to ensure alignment with approved plans.· HR Data andReporting: Extract, analyze, and compile HRdata into monthly and quarterly reports, including leave, overtime, andworkforce analytics.· Learning andDevelopment: Coordinate staff traininglogistics and manage NITA applications and reimbursements, preparing relatedreports.· PolicyImplementation and Compliance: Ensure HRpolicies and procedures are effectively communicated, implemented, and adheredto across the organization.· Any otherduties as assigned by immediate supervisor. Requirements Qualifications and Experience ​●       Bachelor's degree in Law,HR management, Business Administration, Economic, or a related field●       Higher NationalDiploma in Human Resources.●       CHRP ProfessionalQualification.●       Minimum of 5 years'experience in HR business partnering or similar roles.●       Proficiency in HRIS(Human Resources Information Systems) and data analytics tools.●       Demonstrated expertisein organizational development and performance management.●       Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.●       Computer literacy(Excel/Power Point/Word)  ​ ​
