Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi for a Customer Service Specialist in Customer Management. The role involves delivering outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, resolving customer inquiries, managing feedback, and addressing complaints effectively. The Customer Service Specialist will also be responsible for assisting with customer issue resolution, updating customer records, and maintaining professional communication while ensuring alignment with Kenya Airways' service standards and objectives.
