JOB TITLE: SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETERAbout This Job:Q -SourcingLimited trading as Q -Sourcing Servtec is a man -power management solutions firmoperating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya,Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.On behalf ofour client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Social Media Marketer to work in Nairobi, KenyaDUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:· Assist in creating, curating, andscheduling content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook,LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).· Monitor social media channels forengagement, trends, and brand mentions.· Respond to comments, messages, andcommunity interactions in a timely and professional manner.· Support the development and executionof social media campaigns and promotions.· Assist in analyzing performancemetrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) and creating reports.· Research industry trends, competitoractivity, and emerging platforms.· Collaborate with the marketing team oncontent planning and brand strategy.· Help with administrative tasks andother marketing initiatives as needed.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:· Bachelor's degree in Marketing,Communications, Media, or a related field.· At least one year of experience insocial media marketing and content creation.· Strong understanding of major socialmedia platforms and their best practices.· Basic knowledge of content creationtools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut).· Good written and verbal communicationskills.· Creative mindset with attention todetail.· Ability to work both independently andcollaboratively.· Familiarity with social mediaanalytics tools is a plus (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer)Interestedand qualified applicants should submit their applications through the linkbelow.Note:Only shortlisted applicants will becontacted.Q -SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUALOPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
