Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi for a Social Media Officer. The officer will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, optimizing social media channels, and monitoring social media trends. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Content Creation, Writing skills
  • Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • Experience in analyzing social media metrics and trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, 1-2 years preferably.
